Event Listing: Urban Gardening: Creating and Maintaining a Beautiful Sustainable Garden

The DC Historical Society is hosting a free talk at the Carnegie Library at 801 K Street, NW (near the Gallery Place and Convention Center metro stations) on sustainable urban gardening.

The program is called " Urban Gardening: Creating and Maintaining a Beautiful Sustainable Garden." It will be held on 5/17 from 10am to 11:30am. Join Susan Harris, who is a Master Gardener, "Garden Rant" blogger, Gardening Coach, and former President of the Takoma Horticultural Club to discuss how to work with nature, not against it, to have a beautiful garden.
